Quest I Ons

I’ve been informed you currently own 25% of Bali Eco Stay (expanded to 50% in the future) plus total ownership of an additional adjacent undeveloped property. Does 25% ownership mean you have access to some of the 11 units where people can stay & what does this mean for accessing the kitchen & existing fruit trees? Also, what is the size of the additional property? Would Soraya and I be able to visit and stay to feel out the property?

Have you heard of Terra Frutis / Fruit Haven in Ecuador? They are an interesting model for creating a community that is cohesive in values and economically successful. Dissonance in values & lack of funds are 2 of the top reasons community projects fail. Not saying to copy their model, merely providing them as a reference of success and interesting techniques, such as their intake form, equipment rental & land sale models. I think it’s important to study why certain projects fail and others succeed to learn from the mistakes and success of others, while of course maintaining one’s own unique development.

Do you have a sense of the values & mission at the core of this project, or is this more of an organic build for these to emerge naturally? I’ve been meditating on values based on the chakra template as a potential for resonating with a system that is inherently build into each member’s template. Below is a graphic of an ongoing design open feedback to improve & refine. Also interesting to see the example Terra Frutis has on their website.

What do you envision as a policy for substance use such as tobacco, entheogens & other popular medicines? Personally I do not use as I find they dilute my yoga practice and endogenous production of tryptamines. My personal goal is to teach men specifically how to produce their own biochemical balance via seamen ascension, which precludes taking influences that force the release of inner chemicals. That being said I have used in the past and have respect for experiences that point the way to our inner development. The aforementioned communities in Ecuador have a zero substance policy accept for medicinal ceremony with San Pedro on occasion. I feel this promotes an environment for health that is safe for children, yet I’m also open to discussing and hearing perspectives on this essential topic.

Have you heard of Dome Homes using Aircrete as a building material. Not only are they aesthetically attractive, which could be useful for drawing in clients, they can also be made to be EMF protective. As there is a 1:1 relation between 5G implementation and “Covid” cases (5G may be coming to UBUD as soon as this August). The symptoms of this so called disease are the same as radiation poisoning. Lombok has examples of this amazing style of architecture. I’m in touch with an architect of dome homes in Lombok who is potentially willing to consult on such a project (last 4 images).

Have you heard of Village Homes in Davis, California? It’s a great example of how even in suburbs one can implement permaculture techniques such as swales to create low-maintenance fruit forests. I highly recommend watching this short video, and noticing how relaxed the parents are!

Have you heard of BioVeda? It’s a holistic natural material building website with nuanced tips such as making your buildings EMF proof and advising on building your own homes:

Do you have a structure in mind for membership or a council or sorts. I think it’s important to keep in mind that individuals can change over time and may phase out of a harmonious resonance with the community. While an initial flow of core members can be a great way to start, at some point structure is useful for maintaining healthy boundaries and knowing how people can synergize with ongoing projects. The Ecuador communities have a system worth noting:

What is your envisioned policy on meat at the property? To my knowledge you are both doing a 30 day raw vegan challenge at the moment. However it’s likely that those who eat meat may be visiting the property or even collaborating there. As someone who has been investigating carnism as a root of what is happening right now in the world, my ideal of course is to have a “no meat on the property” policy, while allowing vegetarianism as a middle ground as long as the products are sourced in a good way. I find The Holy Megillah gives a lot of clarity on when raw vegan, cooked vegan and vegetarian diets are appropriate for phases of life and the state of one’s development. As someone who has practiced vegan and raw vegan practices for years, at this point I see that the vegetarian diet is a broader more readily adapted middle ground for the world at large, while encouraging vegan and raw vegan depending on one’s condition and ability to transition.

Do you have any religious or spiritual practices?

If money was unlimited, what would you do?
